En nuestro rol como orientadores de una debemos estar siempre abiertos a los cambios , ya que en el actual mundo se generan cada día modificaciones en la normatividad , en la tecnología y de esta misma manera en los procesos de todas las áreas laborales . Teniendo en cuenta que las generaciones actuales han crecido alrededor de nuevas , que la información que esta les brinda les ha permitido desarrollar nuevos y , es necesario diseñar y actividades , que llamen su atención y de alguna manera se ajusten a sus gustos , de tal forma que logremos capturar el de los estudiantes y que de manera encuentren los conocimientos que ellos requieren por medio de las actividades . Quedarnos detenidos en el tiempo y rechazar hacer inmersión al cambio en nuestra labor como orientadores de la , es como tener un dinosaurio enseñando a colibríes .
