Il est l ? héritier direct du droit romain , notre système est un prolongement de ? esprit du droit romain au - delà de certaines règles et du vocabulaire juridique . En s ? étendant sur toute l ? Europe de la chute de l ? empire au début de la république , il laisse des traces sur les modes de vies ( par la grande période ) . Ce système n ? est pas limité à l ? Europe du fait des diverses colonisations entre le 16 e et le 19 e notamment dans une partie de ? Afrique et de ? Amérique ? latine .
Ce qu ? il faut retenir c ? est qu ? au - delà des convergences des pays qui font partis de la famille romano - germanique , il y a une très grande .
