Artículo 50 . de los funcionarios públicos .
1 . Los funcionarios públicos tendrán derecho a disfrutar , cada año , de unas vacaciones de días , o de los días que correspondan si el tiempo de servicio durante el año fue menor .

A los efectos de lo previsto en el presente artículo , se considerarán como días los , sin de las adaptaciones que se establezcan para los horarios especiales .

2 . Cuando las de permiso de , temporal , durante la o riesgo durante el iniciar el disfrute de las vacaciones dentro del año natural al que correspondan , o una vez el periodo vacacional sobreviniera una de dichas situaciones , el periodo vacacional se podrá aunque haya terminado el año natural a que correspondan y que no hayan transcurrido más de meses a partir del final del año en que se hayan originado .

3 . El período de vacaciones anuales retribuidas de los funcionarios públicos no puede ser por una cuantía económica . En los casos de renuncia voluntaria deberá garantizarse en todo caso el disfrute de las vacaciones devengadas .

No obstante lo anterior , en los casos de conclusión de la relación de servicios de los funcionarios públicos por causas a la voluntad de estos , tendrán derecho a solicitar el abono de una compensación económica por las vacaciones devengadas y no disfrutadas ; y en , en los casos de por incapacidad permanente o por , hasta un máximo de dieciocho meses .
