A long time ago , in a small jungle in an unnamed country , the animals laughed and played all the time , in this place there were no fights or bad behavior because the one in charge of everything was the Lion , the animal in the jungle He had claws than a jaguar's and fangs than a bat's , and his mane was his plush crown . Everyone respected their leader , except the hyena , this animal was very rebellious and only wanted to do what she wanted to do .

One day the hyena went to visit his friend the hippopotamus , which is the animal in the jungle , he was eating with the elephant , seeing this the hyena got angry because she also wanted to eat , but the elephant told him " I won't give you my portion , you are than me " and the hippopotamus said " I will give you some of my food , but in the plate " , after hearing this , the hyena got angry because he wanted to eat from the plate , so the hyena took the elephant's plate and ran , he couldn't catch her because she was than him , and although she had legs than the elephant , she was able to escape with the food plate .

The lion found out about the problem and sent for the hyena , she lived in the place in the jungle so they sent the cheetah who was the animal in the jungle , but when he got to the hyena she was on the tree in the jungle while eating from the elephant's plate , then the cheetah yelled at her and she went down , they argued about what happened and the hyena got angry again , she tried to run away from the cheetah but she was than him , so he caught her and took her in front of the Lion .

When the hyena saw that the lion was approaching , she became the most animal in the jungle , everyone saw her crawl because she thought that the lion would do something bad to her , because she knew that he was the dangerous animal in the jungle , but the lion was also the animal , so he just talked to her and order her to cook for the elephant for a week to pay off her debt .
From that day on , the hyena and the elephant began a friendship that lasted a long time .
