La transparencia es regulada por la Ley Federal de Transparencia y Acceso a la Información Pública Gubernamental ( Soto , s . f . ) , es relacionada con la disponibilidad de acceso a la información institucional clara y sobre la gestión de un trámite , servicio o política con el fin de que las personas conozcan todo el proceso y facilite su en cualquier momento que lo solicite el ciudadano .

Es importante seguir fomentando una y de acceso a la información para tener los conocimientos mínimos sobre las decisiones y acciones que se toman en nuestro país , de tal manera que formemos opiniones y de la actividad gubernamental y la vida pública .
