HOW TO MAKE A HAT

1 . A 15 inch ( 38 cm ) cardboard circle to make your brim
2 . An 8 in ( 20 cm ) inside of the larger circle
3 . Both cardboard circles are cut out .
4 . 2 rectangles on a sheet of cardboard and
5 . The cardboard rectangles to build the barrel of your hat out

Assembling the Hat with Felt

1 . Felt shapes that match the dimensions of your hat .
2 . The individual felt pieces out .
3 . The 2 cardboard rectangles together to form a cylinder
4 . Fit and tape the cylinder into the brim hole of the larger circle
5 . The small circle on top of your assembled hat
6 . The felt to your assembled hat hot
7 . Extra decorations to the hat as a finishing touch
