We knew we had to recruit new and that a long integration process would slow our work down considerably . We were worried that the positive atmosphere and that had taken us a while to build would be affected by this setback . It was decided to have a meeting , and the first item on the was a session to ideas on the best way of organising and activity that would help the new recruits to fit into the structure as quickly as possible .
