Cuando equipo se conecta a nuestra red para solicitar recursos de alguno de nuestros equipos , al solicitante le llamaremos y al equipo que provee recursos lo llamaremos o SERVIDOR .

Un dominio de Internet es la identificacion de una red a un grupo de dispositivos o conectados a la red Internet .

El de los nombres de dominio en Internet y del servicio de nombres de dominio ( ) , es traducir las direcciones de cada nodo activo en la red , a palabras faciles de recordar y encontrar .

Esta hace posible que cualquier pagina del internet pueda moverse de un lugar geografico a otro en la red Internet , no importa que cambie su direccion IP por otra diferente , porque al la tabla de del DNS , con el mismo nombre lo podremos encontrar .
