Poner nuestro nombre haría que la contraseña fuera poco segura e incluir caracteres al azar, la haría difícil de recordar

Aunque uses una regla memotécnica, la contraseña puede ser fácil de hackear si no se modifica lo suficiente.

¡Incluir datos personales como tu nombre o fechas hace que la contraseña sea poco segura y poner símbolos al azar la hace difícil de recordar!

Falso, lo recomendables es tener una contraseña para cada servicio. Esta puede ser una variante de la contraseña original que comience por las dos primeras letras del nombre del servicio o aplicación. Por ejemplo: para Instagram, in(contraseña); para gmail, gm(contraseña)
