Jessica wakes up 7 a . m . every morning . She gets out of bed 7 : 30 a . m . and gets ready for the day . She has breakfast in the kitchen 8 a . m . with her husband .

After breakfast , Jessica goes to work . She usually arrives at her office 9 a . m . and starts working on her computer . She has a lunch break 12 p . m . and eats lunch in the cafeteria .

Jessica finishes work 5 p . m . and heads home . She arrives home 6 p . m . and spends time with her children in the living room . They play games or watch cartoons on the TV together .

7 p . m . , Jessica and her family have dinner at the dining table . They talk about their day and share stories with each other . After dinner , Jessica helps her kids with their homework in the study room .

Around 8 p . m . the afternoon , Jessica relaxes on the sofa and reads a book with her husband . They enjoy spending quiet time together the evenings .

Jessica goes to bed 10 p . m . She cuddles with her children for a while before they go to sleep . Then she talks with her husband about their day before they both fall asleep .

This week , Jessica's work schedule is quite busy . She has meetings Monday , Wednesday , and Friday 10 a . m . She also has a project deadline Thursday , so she needs to work extra hours to finish it . Tuesday and Thursday , she plans to work from home the morning and then go to the office the afternoon .

Next week , Jessica's schedule is a bit lighter . She has a training session Monday morning , so she will be in the office the afternoon . She has a team lunch Tuesday to celebrate a colleague's birthday . Wednesday and Thursday , she has fewer meetings , so she will focus on catching up on her emails and completing her pending tasks . However , she has to attend a conference call Friday morning , so she will start her workday earlier than usual .
