I take long breaks in the morning because I prefer to do most of my work early in the day . By lunchtime , I am ready for a break , and I go for a walk if the weather is nice . I have to work at lunchtime . After work , I usually spend time with my family or friends , because I take work home with me . We watch movies or go out for dinner , but I stay up late . I make sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep so that I can start the next day with my batteries charged .
