It was supposed to be the perfect weekend getaway . Alex checked into the hotel with high expectations , but things quickly took a turn for the worse . As he stepped into his room , he noticed that the air conditioner was . It was unusually hot , and he muttered , " This is a real headache ! "

Alex called the front desk and told them about the air conditioner , and they assured him that it should be working properly , and that it just takes a little while to cool the room down . Alex waited patiently for a while , but the room was still very hot , so he called the front desk again . " I don't think it's working " he said , " Could you - for me ? It ? s unbearable in here . " The receptionist apologized , explaining there was a in the with the room ? s cooling system .

Determined to salvage his evening , Alex decided to make some tea , only to find that the kettle was of . Frustrated , he called again . " I ? d appreciate it if you could as soon as possible . "
