¡ Vamos a cebar !

1 . ( llenar ) el mate en sus tres cuartas partes . ( cubrir el mate ) con la mano y ( agitar el mate ) con la boca hacia abajo , logrando que los componentes de la molienda se mezclen equilibradamente y la yerba quede inclinada sobre el mate a 45° aproximadamente .

2 . ( humedecer ) la yerba con agua tibia en esa pequeña cavidad que se formó sobre uno de los costados del mate . ( esperar ) a que absorba , ( cebar ) nuevamente y recién después ( colocar ) la bombilla .

3 . ( calentar ) el agua evitando que hierva : para cebar un buen mate es muy importante que nunca supere la temperatura de 75°C . El agua no tiene que estar a más de 80 y 85 grados , ( encontrarse ) con la yerba mate no LA ( arruinar la yerba ) a 90 grados .

4 . el mate ( cebar ) , el ritual de compartir con el otro , la magia de tomar mate .
