Elise was admitted to rehabilitation after suffering a stroke. Her speech therapist provided constant verbal cues as she ate less than half of her meal. Elise became fatigued, so the speech therapist fed her the rest of her lunch. What score is she?

A nurse placed a denture-cleaning tablet into a denture cup, filled the cup with water, and put it on the edge of the sink for Elise, after which she removed her dentures and placed them in the denture cup to soak. What would you score her?

After a helper setup Elise's supplies for bathing and put a wash mitt on her L hand, Elise washed, rinsed, and dried her face and R arm. The helper completed the rest of the activity. What score would she be in bathing?

A helper retrieved Elise's shirt and assisted in threading her L UE into the shirt as well as pulling it up over her head. Elise was able to thread her R UE into the shirt. What score would this indicate?
