A Day at the Seaside
Last weekend , my family and I went to the seaside for the day . The sun was shining , and the sky was clear and blue . As soon as we arrived , we felt the warm sand beneath our and heard the waves crashing against the shore . It was a perfect day for the !
My little brother and I couldn ? t wait to jump into the . We ran towards the waves and splashed around , laughing as the water tickled our feet . After a while , we decided to build a . We dug a big hole and used our buckets to create tall towers , adding seashells and seaweed to decorate it . It looked amazing !
Later , we went for a walk along the beach and collected . I found a beautiful spiral shell that I kept as a souvenir . My parents set up a under a beach umbrella , and we ate , fruit , and cookies while listening to the sounds of the .
Before leaving , we all took one last in the cool water . It was a fun and relaxing day . As we packed up and headed home , I knew I would remember this trip for a long time .
