About this activity
Time management is an important skill that helps people organize their daily activities efficiently. Having a well-planned schedule allows individuals to balance work, study, and leisure time. Let’s look at how Lisa, a university student, manages her daily routine.
Lisa usually wakes up at 6:30 a.m. She takes a shower, gets dressed, and has breakfast before leaving for class at 7:30 a.m. Her first lecture starts at 8:00 a.m., and she has classes until 12:30 p.m. During this time, she takes short breaks to stay focused.
After her morning classes, Lisa has lunch with her friends at 1:00 p.m. She then goes to the library to study from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. At 4:30 p.m., she attends a study group session to review her notes and discuss assignments.
In the evening, Lisa takes some time to relax. At 6:00 p.m., she exercises for an hour at the gym. Then, she has dinner with her family at 7:30 p.m. After dinner, she spends time reading, watching TV, or checking her emails. From 9:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., she completes her homework and prepares for the next day. Finally, Lisa goes to bed at 11:00 p.m. to get enough rest for the following day.
By following a schedule, Lisa can balance her academic and personal life efficiently. Planning her day helps her stay organized, avoid stress, and make time for all her important activities.
