Mário : Então Rafael , já tens o percurso a nossa
do próximo domingo ?
Rafael : Já , pois . Esta vai em Sintra , mais concretamente a Praia das Maçãs e o Cabo da Roca , sempre à costa . São 16 , 7 quilómetros .
Mário : Hum , dever ser muito bonito . Mas não achas que é demais para mim ? Eu não tenho a tua preparação . Achas que estou em forma ?

Rafael : Claro que estás ! É um trilho difícil , mas fizeste outros com a mesma e correu tudo bem e até gostaste . Este e tão difícil como muitos outros que já fizemos . Olha aqui estas fotografias ! É uma zona que conheces .

Mário : Sim , conheço bem toda essa zona e visitei - a em trabalho muitas vezes , mas nunca a percorri a pé . E como vai estar o tempo ? Às vezes , nessa zona , o tempo é bem do de Lisboa . Estamos em maio . Ainda falta um para o verão .

Rafael : Já vi as previsões para domingo , meu amigo , e vai estar bom como hoje . Vai estar céu limpo e uma temperatura máxima de uns 19°C . Perfeito para uma caminhada .

Mário : Ok , ok ! E o que levamos para comer ? que também já pensaste ementa .

Rafael : Imaginas ! Uma salada , de frango com tomate e fruta . Ah , e água , claro . Sempre muita água .
