Last weekend , family went a trip to the mountains . We left early Saturday morning and arrived noon . My brother and I were very excited . We packed all our things two big backpacks .

When got there , we found small cabin top of the hill . was very cozy , and had beautiful view of valley . My mom said we would stay for two days .

The first night , we sat by the fire and told stories . My sister loves scary stories , so she told one about ghost living forest .

The next day , we went hiking . We walked for hours along the trail . Sometimes we rested under big trees or a rock . We saw birds and even deer !

When it was time to go home , none of wanted to leave . But we knew we had to be back by Monday morning . It was amazing weekend , and I hope we can go again soon .
