Explicación

El mito explica el conjunto de relatos y creencias con los cuales un pueblo se ha explicado tradicionalmente así mismo, el origen y razón de ser de todo lo que lo rodea.

El tipo de mito TEOGONÍAS, explican el origen de Dioses y sus poderes.

Los mitos de tipo ETIOLÓGICOS, hablan sobre la creación de seres, objetos, técnicas e instituciones.
