Esta es la estructura fundamental

"So...as" se usa en oraciones negativas e interrogativas para expresar desigualdad, no es un sinónimo en afirmativas.

El adverbio correcto es "well", así que sería "She sings as well as her sister".

La primera palabra "as" generalmente no se omite.

"Not as...as" se usa para expresar desigualdad, indicando que algo es menos que otra cosa.

Necesitamos un adjetivo o adverbio entre "as" y "as" cuando comparamos cualidades. Podemos usar "as many/much/few/little + sustantivo + as" para comparar cantidades.
