El dia havia començat amb núvols espessos cobrint el cel i un vent estrany que feia olor de tempesta . A poc a poc , els carrers es van anar omplint d ? aigua i les sirenes van començar a sonar . Per la ràdio es va emetre una per risc extrem d ? inundacions a la zona .

En situacions com aquesta , és fonamental saber com de manera serena i ràpida . Cada acció compta i pot marcar la diferència . No es tracta només de protegir - se un mateix , sinó també de poder oferir ajuda a qui més ho necessita .

Per això , hem de tenir plena en les persones que ens guien i ajuden . Ells saben què cal fer , i seguir les seves indicacions ens manté fora de perill .

A vegades , ajudar no és actuar de pressa , sinó amb atenció . Saber escoltar ens dona informació sobre les necessitats dels altres i ens ajuda a actuar amb , entenent com se senten .

També cal mostrar per les i decisions de tothom . Cadascú viu els moments difícils de manera diferent , i cal acceptar - ho .
