Un estudiante llega a mitad del periodo proveniente de otra institución. La profesora no tiene en cuenta su situación y le aplica las mismas evaluaciones que al resto, sin realizar un diagnóstico previo ni ofrecer apoyo.

La profesora entrega las notas del primer periodo y al final escribe: “Debes esforzarte más”, sin mayor explicación ni orientación personalizada.

El docente de ciencias observa que varios estudiantes no comprenden el tema. En lugar de continuar, hace una pausa en la planeación, refuerza los conceptos con ejemplos prácticos y luego propone una autoevaluación guiada.
