Combattono tra loro per aggiudicarsi il primato del mondo allora conosciuto , e sono a caccia di nuovi territori da . Nel XV secolo è la penisola la terra più ambita . Nota da tempo alle popolazioni arabe che vi accedono attraversando il mar , l'India è stata da poco raggiunta via terra anche dagli , che ora contendono agli l'accesso da .
