About this activity

The life cycle of a frog begins with eggs, which hatch into tadpoles. Tadpoles live in water and have tails and gills. Next, they become tadpoles with legs as their back legs start to grow. Then, their front legs (arms) appear, and the tadpoles turn into young frogs. Finally, they become adult frogs that can live both on land and in water. This process is called metamorphosis, which happens in the frog’s life cycle
