Corresponde al Ministerio de Turismo la defensa de los derechos del usuario de servicios turísticos.

El empresario que venda o preste servicios turísticos es civilmente responsable por los eventuales daños que cause a quien los utilice.

La Constitución prohíbe todo discrimen a los extranjeros o a cualquier otros grupos humanos únicamente en lo que concierne a tarifas y tasas por cualquier servicio turístico.

El usuario podrá acceder a los centros de Mediación y Arbitraje que celebre convenios con el Ministerio de Turismo; o podrá acudir a la justicia ordinaria.

El empresario de servicios turísticos no es responsable por los actos de negligencia de sus empleados; en el ejercicio de sus funciones vinculadas con la empresa que presta el servicio.

Habrá lugar al resarcimiento de daños y perjuicios en el caso de que use fotografías o haga descripciones distintas a la realidad.

El Ministerio de Turismo impondrá la Multa de USD $ 100 a USD $ 300 a quienes no proporcionen la información solicitada.

CLAUSURA, es un acto de simple administración mediante el cual el Ministro de Turismo por sí o mediante delegación dispone el cierre de los establecimientos turísticos.

Multa entre USD $ 1000 y USD $ 5000 a las personas que incumplan normas de calidad, no cumplan los contratos turísticos o infrinjan las disposiciones de esta Ley y sus reglamentos.

Habrá lugar al resarcimiento de daños y perjuicios en caso de discriminación a las personas; sin excepción del derecho de reserva de admisión.
