We add -s or -es to the verb when the subject is he, she, or it.

2

We always add -ing to the verb in the simple present.

3

To form negative sentences, we use do not (don’t) or does not (doesn’t) + base verb.

4

In negative sentences, we say He don’t play for third-person subjects.

5

In yes/no questions, we start with Do or Does, followed by the subject and the base verb.

6

Questions in simple present never use do/does.

7

The base form of the verb is used after do/does in questions and negatives.

8

"Does she likes music?" is correct because she is third person.

9

We use the simple present to talk about habits and routines.

10

You must always use “is” or “are” in simple present sentences.

11

In negative sentences with he/she/it, the verb does not take -s because “does” already carries the tense.

12

In simple present questions, the verb takes -s after does (e.g., Does he walks to school?).
