Receta de de : Para preparar unas deliciosas galletas de chocolate , necesitarás los siguientes : 200 gramos de chocolate negro , 100 gramos de , 150 gramos de , 2 , 200 gramos de , 1 cucharadita de polvo de y una pizca de sal . Primero , derrite el chocolate junto con la mantequilla a fuego lento . En un bol , mezcla el azúcar y los huevos hasta que la mezcla esté cremosa . Agrega el chocolate derretido y mezcla bien . Luego , incorpora la harina , el polvo de hornear y la sal . Mezcla hasta obtener una homogénea . Precalienta el a 180 grados Celsius . Forma pequeñas bolitas con la masa y colócalas en una bandeja para hornear . Hornea durante 10 - 12 minutos . Deja enfriar y de tus galletas de chocolate .
