Brushing your teeth properly keeps them and healthy . these steps to brush like a pro !

First , wet your toothbrush and put a - sized amount of toothpaste on it . , gently brush the outer surfaces of your teeth in small circles . Don't forget your teeth !

Then , clean the inner surfaces where your tongue touches . , brush the surfaces of your teeth with short back - and - forth strokes . Meanwhile , lightly brush your tongue to remove bacteria and keep your breath .

Later , out the toothpaste but don't rinse right away ? this lets the fluoride keep working . Soon , your mouth with water and wipe your face with a towel . , smile at the mirror ? your teeth are sparkling clean !

Now , remember to brush a day ? after breakfast and before bed .
