Comparative adjectives more er short adjectives

are used to compare two or things . They often end in - or are preceded by the word 'more' . For example , 'smaller' compares two objects , while 'more beautiful' compares qualities . When using , add - er at the end , like 'taller' or 'faster' . For longer adjectives , use 'more' before the adjective , such as 'more interesting' . Comparing helps to describe differences clearly and effectively .
