Una Función es una preestablecida que permite realizar de forma más corta y confiable .
Es también una formula incorporada en el programa la cuyo fin es hacer más cómodo la del cálculo de ciertos valores o textuales .
En una Función participan Relacionales , , matemáticos . Entre las funciones que podemos mencionar tenemos las siguientes :
= - Saca la de una columna o fila de valores . En un capitulo anterior se especificó dicha función con el botón de auto suma
= - Muestra la media aritmética o Promedio del de valores .
= PROMEDIO ( Celda Inicial : Celda Final )
Ejm . = PROMEDIO ( A2 : A10 )
= - Muestra el valor de un rango de datos .
= MAX ( Celda Inicial : Celda Final )
Ejm . = MAX ( A2 : A10 )
= - Muestra el valor de un rango de datos .
= MIN ( Celda Inicial : Celda Final )
Ejm . = MIN ( A2 : A10 )
= - Muestra la cantidad datos en un rango .
= CONTAR ( Celda Inicial : Celda Final )

= ( ) - Esta función muestra la fecha del sistema . Para ver la fecha se deberá colocar el formato numérico respectivo de Fecha después de escribir la función
