Completing the required intake form with all the session details needed by the GLA team to create all sessions.

Reviewing the created session details and set-up

Setting up and/or joining meetings with the team providing program updates, and addressing question, giving assistance to the team’s help needed or request.

Notifying the assigned coach/es and/or producers confirming that the session will push through; and sharing the participant roster, attendance sheet and other documents (E.g. facilitator one-pager guide & site map)

Uploading the attendance in SUMMIT (and other platforms used) and marking the session as Completed.
