La propone ver la variabilidad cerebral como una característica natural , no como un defecto . En escuelas y lugares de trabajo , el y la pueden acompañarse de distintos estilos de aprendizaje , lo que exige estrategias de enseñanza centradas en las fortalezas y las necesidades . El varía entre las personas , por lo que es fundamental adaptar ritmos , tiempos de descanso y herramientas digitales . Los permiten que todas las personas participen , interactúen y contribuyan con sus talentos únicos .
