Explicación

Podemos contemplar la importancia del autoconocimiento y para reforzar la idea vamos a realizar un Pergamino de las emociones. En el que debemos anotar 4 emociones preponderantes y recurrentes en mi persona. Luego vamos a crear una entrevista al compañero (a) preguntándole cómo trabaja esas emociones cuando le suceden. Comentándoles qué hacemos en lo personal, cuando nos vemos enfrentando emociones esas emociones, en situaciones complejas.
