Desde , el Gobierno del Perú ha estado involucrado significativamente en los procesos
de consulta y construcción de la Agenda 2030 ; en 2017 y 2020 , ha elaborado y presentado su
Informe Nacional Voluntario ( INV ) para reportar los avances y las perspectivas del desarrollo
en el país . Este fue elaborado por el Centro Nacional de Planeamiento Estratégico
( Ceplan ) , institución responsable de reportar los avances en implementación de la Agenda
2030 en el país . Sin embargo , hasta la fecha , los INV han reportado dicho progreso de manera
general , sin un análisis específico por ODS . Por su parte , el Instituto Nacional de Estadística e
Informática ( ) ha mantenido actualizado el Sistema de Monitoreo y Seguimiento de los
Indicadores de los ODS en línea ( OCR , 2021 ) .
Por otro lado , según el Informe de Desarrollo Sostenible 2020 , Perú ocupa el puesto . o de
166 en el índice de los ODS con 71 . 8 % , lo que lo ubica por del promedio regional , de
70 . 4 % . De acuerdo con su grado de avance ( véase el gráfico 1 ) , el Perú había logrado
progresos significativos en tres ODS : , y ; había mejorado moderadamente en seis : 1 , 3 , 5 ,
6 , 11 y 14 ; se había estancado también en seis : 2 , 9 , 7 , 13 , 16 y 17 ; y había retrocedido en un
ODS : . Además , indica que los ODS y no cuentan con datos suficientes . Este índice
está construido sobre la base de datos generados a nivel internacional o que los países
reportan a través de los diferentes mecanismos .
