I can do difficult things. My brain is like a muscle I can train. I'm going to train my brain how to do this. I'm learning. I just need more practice. Challenges grow my brain, so this will get easier. I have other strategies that I haven't tried yet. I'll find resources and ask for help. I am strong and I learn from my mistakes.
