Challenges grow my brain, so this will get easier. I can do difficult things. I'm going to train my brain how to do this. I am strong and I learn from my mistakes. Feedback helps me to improve. I have other strategies that I haven't tried yet. I'll find resources and ask for help. My brain is like a muscle I can train. I'm learning. I just need more practice.
