Froggy Jumps

About this activity

This activity is designed to assess students' knowledge and understanding of substance use, misuse, abuse, and dependence—especially within the context of the Philippine drug situation. Through a set of 40 multiple-choice questions, students will explore the causes, symptoms, effects, and consequences of drug-related behaviors, and the importance of community involvement in prevention and rehabilitation.

In line with Sonia Sotomayor’s quote, this activity also aims to promote reflection on how individuals can help “build bridges instead of walls” by becoming positive role models and active contributors to a drug-free society.

By the end of this activity, students should be able to:

Identify the different forms and levels of substance use and dependence.

Recognize the signs and consequences of substance abuse.

Understand the social and personal impact of drugs on individuals and communities.

Reflect on their role in promoting awareness, prevention, and compassion toward those affected by drug use.
