هو الحكم الذي يترتب عليه استحقاق الثواب أو العقاب

الحكم المجعول للشيء عند الجهل بحكمه الواقعي، وهو يختلف باختلاف الأدلة والمباني.

هي الأحكام الواضحة الثبوت عند عامة أهل ذلك الدين أو المذهب.

هو الحكم الذي يُبين صحة العمل أو بطلانه، ولا شأن له ببيان استحقاق الثواب أوالعقاب

الحكم المجعول للشيء بواقعه، ثابت لا يختلف باختلاف الفقهاء.
