Trastorno del aprendizaje que consiste en la dificultad en la lectura

En este tipo de dislexia, los alumnos suelen tener problemas con las palabras que se pronuncian diferente a la manera en que se escriben.

En éste pueden tener dificultades para asociar letras con los sonidos que representan, lo que resulta en problemas de lectura y escritura.

Consiste en un trastorno específico para adquirir la lectura, la ortografía al dictado y realizar composiciones, pero no para realizar transcripciones de texto a texto y dibujar.

Al compararse con otros niños que leen y escriben con facilidad, pueden sentirse “menos capaces”.
