All types of contracts are always drafted by the PIT

It is not necessary to review the finalised draft contract, as it's only PGUs responsibility

PIT can proceed asking the contractor to deliver additional items under the contract without the need of written amendment to the contract

For change of items from technical specifications under the contract there will be no explanatory NFF requested from PGU

Retroactive and post facto situations are only assessed by the PjM, without involvement of other units
