El fuera de juego se aplica cuando un jugador está en posición adelantada al momento del pase y participa en la jugada.

El balón se juega principalmente con los pies y no con las manos, salvo el portero dentro de su área.

Un partido tiene 90 minutos, divididos en dos tiempos de 45.

Un saque de meta se realiza desde la esquina del área y debe salir del área para estar en juego.

En todos los niveles, los jugadores pueden ser sustituidos en cualquier momento sin restricciones.

El saque de banda se realiza con una patada desde la banda lateral hacia el campo.

Un tiro libre indirecto puede convertirse en gol si entra directamente sin tocar a nadie.

Un gol se cuenta cuando el balón cruza completamente la línea de gol entre postes y la barra.

Si el balón sale por la línea de esquina sin tocar a nadie, se concede un saque de meta.

10

Un penalti se ejecuta desde el punto de penalti, a 11 metros, y se cobra con el balón en juego.
