ฝ่าย ก. ตกลงจ้างฝ่าย ข. ในตำแหน่ง ล่ามภาษาจีน รับผิดชอบงานแปลปากเปล่าและงานแปลเอกสารจีน–ไทย รวมถึงงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ฝ่าย ก. มอบหมาย

สัญญาฉบับนี้มีกำหนดระยะเวลา 1 ปี เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2025 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2026

เวลาทำงาน: สัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน วันละ 8 ชั่วโมง ตั้งแต่เวลา 9:00–17:00 น.

ฝ่าย ก. ต้องจ่ายค่าจ้างให้ฝ่าย ข. ภายในวันที่ 5 ของทุกเดือน

ฝ่าย ก. จัดให้มีประกันสังคม [รักษาพยาบาล, บำนาญ, อุบัติเหตุจากการทำงาน] และมีสิทธิ์เบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลเพิ่มเติมไม่เกิน 20,000 บาท/ปี

ฝ่าย ข. ได้รับเบี้ยเลี้ยงค่าอาหารและค่าพาหนะ

ฝ่าย ข. หลังผ่านการทดลองงาน 3 เดือน จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์ของพนักงานประจำครบถ้วน

โบนัสประจำปี [ตามผลงาน] เริ่มนับตั้งแต่ปี 2026 เป็นต้นไป โดยพิจารณาจากผลการประเมินตลอดทั้งปี

ฝ่าย ก. ต้องจัดสภาพการทำงานและเอกสารแปลที่จำเป็นให้แก่ฝ่าย ข.

ฝ่าย ข. ต้องปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของฝ่าย ก. และรับผิดชอบในการแปลอย่างถูกต้องและรักษาความลับทางธุรกิจ

ฝ่าย ข. ต้องไม่เปิดเผยความลับทางการค้าและข้อมูลลูกค้าของฝ่าย ก. ทั้งในระหว่างการจ้างและหลังสิ้นสุดสัญญา มิฉะนั้นฝ่าย ก. มีสิทธิดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมาย

หากฝ่ายใดฝ่ายหนึ่งละเมิดสัญญาอย่างร้ายแรง อีกฝ่ายมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญาก่อนกำหนด เมื่อครบกำหนด สัญญานี้สิ้นสุดโดยอัตโนมัติ

หากมีข้อพิพาทอันเกิดจากการปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ ให้คู่สัญญาเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ยก่อน หากตกลงกันไม่ได้ ให้ยื่นเรื่องต่อคณะอนุญาโตตุลาการแรงงานหรือฟ้องต่อศาลไทย
