José está jugando un partido y un rival empieza a gritarle insultos para que se enoje . Al principio siente cómo la rabia le sube , pero recuerda que puede usar sus estrategias . Mira el balón , cuenta hasta diez en su mente mientras respira .
Después de unos segundos , la rabia baja y él decide enfocarse en jugar bien , incluso da un buen pase a un compañero .
