الخُلع لا يحتاج إلى أي تعويض مالي مقابل إنهاء الزواج.

الخُلع يجوز للمرأة ويكون بطلب إنهاء الزواج مقابل تعويض مالي تدفعه للزوج.

بعد الطلاق أو الخُلع، يمكن للمرأة أن تتزوج فوراً بدون أي انتظار.

بعد الخلع، تعتبر المرأة مطلَّقة وتجب عليها العِدة قبل الزواج من رجل آخر.

في الطلاق، لا يجوز للرجل أن يرجع في العِدة.

في الطلاق الرجعي، يمكن للزوج أن يعود لعقد الزواج خلال فترة العِدة.

العِدة شرط في كلا الحالتين، الطلاق والخُلع

الخُلع يمكن أن يتم من الزوجة دون قبول الزوج تحت أي ظرف.
