Maria worked in a large marketing company where gossip was . Every morning , during her , she would scroll through social media , already thinking about the latest rumors she had heard at the office . One day , Maria was about to start her tasks when she overheard a of colleagues whispering about a manager ? s possible promotion . She couldn ? t get her around why nobody had told her first . At first , her colleagues laughed and seemed entertained . A of attention made her feel important . But soon , things went wrong . A manager discovered that Maria ? s stories were starting to trust in the team . Some colleagues who had once her for being funny and social began to avoid her , realizing the of sharing anything personal with her .

Instead of reflecting , Maria decided to down on her behavior , believing she was simply keeping things lively .
