Imagine a world , a boring design ,
Where everyone walks in a .
But our world is unique , a much better view ,
Filled with people so different , like me and like you .

? Perhaps you are tall and can reach for the sky ,
Or maybe you're short as the years hurry by .
is a thing that you cannot command ,
A truth about you that you must understand .

? you can change with the food that you eat ,
A challenge to manage , both bitter and sweet .
But some have slim legs , and some have them strong ,
In your own special body , you truly belong .

? Think of your family , each one is unique ,
The answers to life are the ones that they seek .
A brother who's older , a grandma so dear ,
Their own date of birth is in each different year .

? You might be so keen on a fast football game ,
While somebody else thinks it ? s terribly lame .
They ? d rather just draw with a pen and a paint ,
An artistic creator without a complaint .

? Some choose to be married before they are old ,
A beautiful story of love to be told .
While others stay single their entire life through ,
Deciding a different life path to pursue .

? So why do we look at the others we know ,
And watch all the that they sow ?
We see on a video a happier time ,
And think that our own life is less than a dime .

? It ? s not about , if you ? re a boy or a girl ,
It ? s a feeling we get all across the whole world .
We ? re not always sure of the person we are ,
So we look to another , a glittering star .

? We ? ll always find people who seem to have more ,
With more friends or more talent right outside their door .
This constant comparison brings us such pain ,
An endless cycle of sorrow and rain .

? So let ? s stop the desire to be somebody new ,
And start to appreciate all that is you .
We ? re all so completely and perfectly different ,
Vive la différence ! How magnificent !
