Teks deskriptif ini memperlihatkan bagaimana sebuah kota kecil bergerak menuju perubahan positif . Dalam gambaran umum , ruang publik dipenuhi pepohonan yang menjaga kesejukan , sementara warga bekerja sama melalui untuk mengurangi jejak karbon . Proses transisi menuju terlihat jelas ketika panel surya dipasang di atap bangunan , dan kincir angin berputar pelan di tepi pantai . Aktivitas sehari - hari menunjukkan hubungan antara yang lebih bersih dan kualitas hidup yang meningkat , serta nyata pada komunitas yang menghadapi .
