Responsibilities of PPT are ended after the deadline for submission of tenders

TEC has the same responsibilities as PPT its just a different name of the group

Composition of TEC and PPT can be different

TEC can share parts of the offer with members of PPT even if thouse are not in TEC

TEC should not have odd number of voters

There is not requirement for ICMPD representatives to prevail in number among voting members
