النفقة على الزوجة واجبة فقط إذا وافقت الزوجة على العمل.

النفقة على الأولاد واجبة على الأب حتى بلوغهم سن الرشد.

3

النفقة على الآباء واجبة إذا كان الآباء فُقراء وغير قادرين على الكسب.

4

النفقة على الأقارب قد تكون واجبة عند الحاجة وبقدر الاستطاعة.

النفقة على الزوجة واجبة على الزوج الشرعي إذا كان قادرًا ماليًا.

يجوز للأم اقتسام النفقة مع الأب بدون وجود سبب مشروع.

7

المسلم الغني غير معذور في عدم أداء النفقة إذا كان لديه القدرة.

8

تنقضي النفقة على الأولاد إذا تزوج الأب بزوجة جديدة.

9

لا يجوز إخراج النفقة من مال الزوج إلا إذا كان الزوج ميسور الحال دائماً.
