ICMPD contracts are not legally binding and can be interpreted in a most suitable way for ICMPD

Day-to-day contract management is a responsibility of Directorate/PIT

Contracts can be signed after the provision of supplies/services

Retroactive cases above 20k shall be approved by the Director of Management

ICMPD is using its internal templates for contracts with minor to no exceptions.

Amendment shall be signed by all contractual parties in order to be considered valid

Procuremenet related requests for calrifications are not necessary to be annexed to the contract in order to be considred binding

8

It is not necessary to have a contract/PO for procurements with amounts up to EUR 2,500

9

NFFs are not needed for contract amendments

10

You can amend the acceptance documents (FAC, PAC, Handover Note) by the amendment
