Final Acceptance Certificate can be signed in case of partial delivery and acceptance.

For contracts above 100k, if the procurement is for needs of beneficiary, having only the FAC signed is enough to confirm the acceptance and handing over to beneficiary

PAC is signed only in cases of partial delivery

Transfer of Ownership needs to be signed for cases below 100k, and for contracts above 100k Handover Note is enough

Dates of acceptance documents should be in line with contract conditions

Invoice can be issued after the expiration of the contract as long as its date is within the validity of the project

FAC can be applied to both tender procedures and RFQs

For contracts above 100k PGUs validation of invoices prior to the payment is not mandatory

FAC shall list items that are delivered with final delivery only
